Meet Nadéjiah

She's a career alignment and life coach, serving women and women of color helping them gain career clarity plan and align, pivot, and increase their income.








The Problem

"I was really struggling, figuring out how to fit my other office offers into my business in general."


I remember I was really holding onto some offers, but I didn't really know how to talk about them, how to position them, and how to really present them to my audience as a down sell if folks weren't going into my signature program.


And so really understanding the different types of clients that I come across and getting clear on what services would work best for them was really, really helpful.


Because it was all like a muddy mess in my mind, if that makes sense. But even beyond that, just understanding what a funnel is, period, the word funnel used to literally give me anxiety and stress and being able to work with you in real time and like lucid charts and like seeing how things connect and learning so much of the tech integrations that you need to really automate your business so that you're not in the weeds all the time price lists, cause all that manual work.


  • Figuring out how to fit all services and  offers into the business

  • Gaining clarity on my different clients and the services that would work for each of them

  • Learning how to use tech automations to spend less time in the back end of my business


The Strategy

Using strategies learned in the accelerator, Dylesia was able to build out a lead magnet, write out all of her email funnels, and develop a profitable launch strategy leveraging social media and Instagram story/lives.


  • Leveraged existing social media platforms and visibility platforms to expand her reach.

  • Revamped her content workflow to show her personality, authenticity, and story.


The Results

Nadejiah had 2 5-figure launches,.


I really become so much more confident in my program and my offer my signature program specifically.


And I know like now I can use the forms, the lead capture forms that I have in my business to help me get more clear on my messaging and like really understand why it is my ideal client is looking for me.


Instead of checking for other people, because there are unique parts of my program that stand apart from other programs that are in the, in the industry.


And really just kind of owning that and using that to my advantage, right? Like, no, one's really calling themselves a career alignment coach.


Right. So me talking about how much alignment means to me and talking about human design and all the, all of these other things that are very much a part of who I am as an authentic person, it's what attracts my clients to me.


And I think I got more comfortable doing that because I see you show up and do it all the time.


  • Had two, five figure launches

  • Built confidence in signature program offerings and the space I occupy in the landscape

  • Crafted messaging to attract the ideal client by developing a clear understanding of their needs

  • Explored micro-strategies to nurture relationships with my target audience



It's like – how can you afford not to do it? What's at stake if you don't take this risk?

If I could g back in time, I would absolutely do it all over again because there was another me on the other side of that decision and I'm happy to be her no
